All Norfield Enterprises orders are fulfilled through our US-based third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This ensures fast, reliable delivery for our customers across the United States.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@norfieldenterprises.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
