We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
